Our history has always been to grow people and teams from within.  From safety, scheduling and BIM coordination to leadership, negotiation, and time management, our training events are developed and delivered by in-house subject matter experts.  


Lessons Learned & Best Practices

We combine individual strengths to achieve what we could not do alone.  With the help of an constantly evolving on-line library of lessons learned and best practices, Power project teams can find the right answers quickly.   


Performance Reviews

At Power we know successful career path planning requires timely feedback and coordinated support.  Formal performance reviews are provided twice per year and are based on your performance compared to the goals you set at the beginning of each year.  Importantly, reviews are not based on project profitability.  


Mentoring

Career support is enriched with committed mentors who love to coach.  When joining Power Construction you are connected with a mentor to help you get up the learning curve quickly....someone who is experienced in the same role you'll be performing.  Our culture enables and encourages additional mentor relationships with people of your choosing who are equally committed to providing support, coaching and guidance over the long-term.


Internships & Co-Ops

Power Construction's student programs offer an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, field operations, safety, IT, or accounting. Participants work side-by-side with professionals, learning from them the necessary fundamentals of the business.  Depending on your college or university, you may be able to earn college credit.
