Beyond Power

I love to spend time with my family, hunting, and the occasional game of golf.
Illinois State University '07 | Joined Power in 2007

How I started in construction: My first construction related job was laying block with my grandpa and helping on a small home addition. I grew up pounding nails in cut off 2x4’s for fun, which turned into roofing houses, building homes, and now skyscrapers!

Best career advice ever received: My best career advice I received was to work hard, be efficient, and have a good work/life balance.

Why construction? Construction has been my passion since I was little. With Chicago being known for wonderful architecture and history, it’s such an awesome feeling to know that you contributed to shaping the city’s skyline and building the future of our city.

Best thing about living in Chicago: The best thing about living in Chicago is you have everything you could ever imagine right at your fingertips – food, culture, beaches, shopping, and sports.

Favorite sports team: the St Louis Cardinals
