Power Construction has a long history of supporting and mentoring MBE and WBE firms and encouraging their participation and has consistently met or exceeded program goals and requirements. Power works with a variety of industry agencies including the Federation of Women Contractors (FWC), the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA), and Black Contractors United (BCU) to identify qualified firms and encourage their participation in our subcontractor selection process.
