Project Accountant

Primary Function

Serve as a point of contact for customers and subcontractors regarding contracts and financial issues. Prepare monthly payment requests. Coordinate subcontractor payments, contracts, change orders, and waivers / affidavits. Prepare all AIA change orders. Enter and maintain budget information using accounting software. Attend project team meeting and help ensure customer, architect, and subcontractor expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of project accounting experience. BA in Accountancy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Strong communication skills.
