Primary Function

Work directly with customers, architects, and subcontractors. Assist in project management and construction supervision efforts. Manage and coordinate submittal, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document control activities at the job site. Help ensure customer, architect, and subcontractor expectations are exceeded.

Intangibles

Exposure to the entire preconstruction and construction process is a high priority for people in this role.

Requirements

Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combination of related experience and technical training. Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline, and computer software. Ability to assume responsibility and interface well with the project team. Strong communication, organization and leadership skills are essential.
