Power completed its' first "green" building in 1999, prior to much public awareness of the LEED Certification concept. Since then, Power has been involved in numerous projects where being "green" (LEED) is a genuine goal.

Current / Recent LEED Projects Include:

  • Children’s Memorial Hospital: $550 million LEED Certified replacement hospital
  • Rush University Medical Center, Plan for Transformation: $850 million program including a new LEED Certified hospital building
  • Northwest Community Hospital: $180 million LEED Gold bed tower project
  • Lutheran General Hospital: $149 million LEED Gold bed tower project
  • CityGate Centre: $72 million mixed-use project that includes a 219,000 sf LEED Silver office building and a 144-room LEED Certified hotel property
  • New City: $225 million LEED Certified mixed-use development including residential, parking, and retail components
  • UIC South Campus Mixed-Use Development: $120 million LEED Silver equivalent mixed-use project
  • Blackhawk and Halsted: Phase II of a $43 million LEED Certified mixed-use development
  • Panduit Corporate Headquarters: $40 million LEED Gold office facility
  • Pinnacle VII: a $100 million LEED Silver warehouse building
  • Center on Halsted: $28 million LEED Silver mixed-use project
  • United Methodist Pension Fund: $30 million LEED Gold office headquarters
