POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide overall management for pre-construction activities and work with the superintendent to ensure successful project completion. Oversee projects, handle bidding, estimating, scheduling and job site supervision. Ensure client satisfaction is maintained. Make decisions and recommendations which can greatly impact corporate relationship with client and profitability of projects.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Schedule and coordinator site meetings
• Attend, record and document project meetings
• Cost Tracking and Cost Coding for each work performed
• Prepare and generate routine reports and correspondence; some involvement in preparing more complex reports; writes reports
• Assists with organization of field work
• Contacts vendors and researches literature and regulatory requirements
• Track and maintain submittals for approved materials utilized on each project
• Track and maintain all up to date drawing files and specifications as it pertains to job and relay information to field personnel
• Prepare bid packages
• Gather warranty information for client
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction/Engineering or related major
• 5+ years related experience, minimum
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities
• Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential
• Familiarity with industrial/commercial projects
• Some travel required
