We completed a series of Suites hotels for the Marriott Brand.
Marriott Suites – O'Hare
The first of five major projects we completed for Marriott, this 10-story full-service hotel features 265 suites with a living room, king-sized bedroom, and dressing room with separate tub and shower. Common area amenities include an indoor pool, health club, sauna, whirlpool, and dining facilities.
Selected as general contractor from a select list of qualified firms invited to submit competitive bids
To meet the owner's schedule and budget, our team:
- Generated over $1 million in accepted value engineering ideas following award to meet the owner’s budget
- Completed construction in under 18 months to meet critical holiday season delivery date
- Delivered project within 1.5% of original proposal
Marriott Suites – Downers Grove
Following Marriott’s design theme, each suite features a separate living room, king-sized bedroom, and bathroom. Other hotel amenities include an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, health club, sauna, whirlpool and dining facilities.
Marriott Suites – Deerfield
Because of our experience building other Marriott Suites projects, and our ability to self-perform critical elements of work, we completed the Marriott Suites in Deerfield just fifteen months after breaking ground.
Marriott Suites - ElkGrove
Our knowledge and lessons learned from the previous Marriott Suites projects resulted in construction efficiencies and cost savings on this Elk Grove project.
