Located at the intersection of Fulton Street and Ogden Avenue, this Class A development brings 10 stories of office space, two levels of elevated parking, first-floor retail, and extensive amenity spaces including a coffee shop, fitness area, rooftop gardening, outdoor grilling stations, and a large outdoor screening area for movie projection.

Unique to Chicago, the curtain wall system features the largest installation of View Dynamic Glass in the Midwest. The energized glass panels tint depending on the angle and intensity of the sun to reduce glare and heat transfer while increasing access to natural light, making the office a healthier environment while minimizing energy usage.

A film between the glass panes is connected to low voltage transformers in the ceiling. Tasked with mastering the complexities of this intricate system, our team has partnered with a subcontractor that specializes in this new technological integration of glass panels.
