Surrounded by large corporate tenants, such as Wilton Industries, Samsung Electronics, FedEx, Home Depot, and Pactiv, this new distribution center will be built on a 40-acre parcel at the Pinnacle Business Center. The facility will feature 90 loading docks, 100 trailer positions, and two drive-in locations to maximize efficiency of loading and unloading. The site will also include a large parking lot with 430 spaces. Using design-build delivery, the contemporary precast facility will be completed in early 2021.
Upon completion, the logistics center will bring 200 permanent job opportunities and 400 seasonal positions to Romeoville.
