Breaking Ground on Advocate South Side Hospital

Breaking ground on Advocate Health Care's new 180,000 sf hospital on Chicago’s South Side. This facility represents a major investment in expanding access to advanced care, including emergency, ICU, surgery, and specialty services. Delivered using a Lean, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach, the facility is part of Advocate Health’s broader $1 billion investment in the community.

Loyola Chicago's Nursing, Chemistry, and Forensic Science Building

Our team at Loyola University Chicago’s Nursing, Chemistry, and Forensic Science Building is making strong progress. Exterior foundation wall construction continues with coordinated plywood, rebar, and formwork installation, alongside regular concrete pours by our self-perform team. Subgrade waterproofing and wall penetration installations are advancing in parallel to support the overall effort. Ongoing BIM coordination is also helping ensure MEPFP alignment as construction moves forward.

Uplands 5

The Uplands - Bozeman, MT

Completed earlier this year, The Uplands in Bozeman, MT, sits on a 14-acre site and comprises 20 buildings with rowhomes, apartment residences, and single-family homes. Community amenities include a clubhouse, gear garage, and pool supported by extensive infrastructure improvements such as new roadways, water, sewer, irrigation, electrical, and network systems. Power’s self-perform carpentry team played a key role in bringing the amenity spaces to life, completing everything from beam and ceiling installation to cabinetry, trim finishes, custom shelving, cubbies, and the framing of the golf simulator.

2026 Summer Outings

As fall begins and summer comes to a close, it’s a great moment to look back on this year’s Summer Outings. From cheering on the Cubs from the iconic Wrigley rooftops to candle making, a cultural food and walking tour of Chinatown, clay shooting, golf, and four out of state jobsite outings, each outing offered a great chance to connect with coworkers and enjoy time together. This year we had a total of 375 employees participate.
