POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands on Network Administration Manager to lead the reliability, security, and ongoing modernization of our enterprise and jobsite networks. This role is responsible for network operations end to end across Azure cloud, on premises infrastructure, and distributed jobsite environments, using a Microsoft first, Zero Trust approach.
You will play a key role in shaping how networking, identity, endpoint management, and security work together across the organization. Leveraging Microsoft 365 E5, Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Intune, you’ll help deliver a secure, scalable, and resilient network experience that supports both daily operations and long term growth.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee network operations across corporate offices, Azure, hybrid environments, and remote job sites
• Design, implement, and support secure Azure and hybrid networking, including VNets, routing, segmentation, and hybrid connectivity
• Ensure networks are built for availability, performance, resiliency, and disaster recovery
• Implement identity aware network access using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device posture
• Administer and integrate Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure network security services
• Enforce data protection and DLP policies across Microsoft 365 workloads
• Lead network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response using Azure native tools
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Application teams to deliver secure by design solutions
• Drive automation and standardization using tools such as PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Azure Automation, or Terraform
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Hands on experience with Azure & Meraki networking, hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute), and Microsoft 365 E5 security tools
• Strong understanding of modern network security concepts, especially Zero Trust
• Experience supporting distributed or field based environments is a plus
• A practical, collaborative mindset with a desire to continuously improve systems and processes
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
