4. Protect core product integrity by enforcing standardization and limiting customization to governed exceptions.
5. Clearly articulate what the product is and is not to internal teams and clients.
Product Lifecycle Governance
1. Own lifecycle progression from Alpha (pilot / proof of value) to Beta (early adopters / controlled rollout) to GA (general availability.
2. Define and enforce readiness criteria for each lifecycle phase.
3. Partner with delivery and support teams to ensure repeatable onboarding, controlled releases, and clear communication of changes and downstream impacts.

1. Act as Palmer’s product authority in client conversations.
2. Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and roadmap discussions.
3. Translate construction workflows into clear, product-level requirements.
4. Confidently present product direction, limitations, and future roadmap.

4. Collaborate on API strategy and third-party integrations.
5. Advocate for strong logging, monitoring, and operational visibility.
Metrics, Outcomes & Continuous Improvement
1. Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, usage, reliability, supportability, scalability/repeatability, client outcomes, and value realization.
2. Use data and feedback to continuously refine and improve products.
3. Identify opportunities to reduce delivery effort through standardization and reuse.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Construction Technology, or Consulting.

3. Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading through incomplete information while maintaining forward momentum.
4. Executive-level communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate product direction, limitations, and rationale to clients and internal leadership.
5. Strong understanding of construction operations and ERP-centric workflows, and how operational processes translate into scalable product solutions.
6. Ability to translate business needs into product decisions, clear requirements, and acceptance criteria without over-customization.
