Position Summary
The Sr. Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing data conversions, integrations, reports, and technical solutions that support construction operations and workflows. The role partners closely with clients and internal project teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions that improve data integrity, reporting, and system connectivity across construction technology environments.
The Sr. Developer serves as a technical contributor and solution partner across projects, balancing client needs, technical quality, and operational effectiveness. Success in this role is measured by solution reliability, quality of deliverables, client outcomes, and the ability to translate complex business and system needs into practical, effective solutions.

Salary Range
