Position Summary
The Senior Business Analyst I owns end-to-end workstreams for construction clients, driving performance improvements through business analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, and process optimization while leading requirements, testing/UAT, and executive-ready recommendations to align stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess current-state construction workflows and document process maps to identify efficiency and control gaps.
• Elicit, define, and maintain requirements (user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria) and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Plan and execute system testing and UAT (test scripts, defect triage, go/no-go readiness) for ERP, integrations, and data solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis and deliver prioritized recommendations with implementation steps, effort, and expected impact.
• Drive day-to-day delivery by owning scope tracking, risk/issue/dependency tracking, and weekly status updates aligned to client outcomes.
• Facilitate working sessions and decision meetings by framing options, tradeoffs, and recommendations, and capture action items, owners, and timelines to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Produce dashboards and recurring reports with clear definitions and insights that enable operational and executive decision-making.

Position Requirements
• 7+ years in business analysis and/or consulting roles delivering process and system change.
• Demonstrated ability to define future state processes and operating models, build business cases/value realization, and prioritization/roadmapping.
• Client-facing experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear inputs for delivery/technical teams.
• Experience supporting system and process implementations, including test planning/execution and UAT coordination.
• Demonstrated workstream leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience supporting construction operations or construction technology, including construction ERP or PMIS platforms (e.g., CMiC, Viewpoint Vista, Sage, Procore).
• Experience owning consulting engagement activities (e.g., scope, assumptions, estimates, and delivery plans) managing scope change, and supporting the client relationship.
• Experience coaching junior analysts or leading small workstreams is preferred.
• Working knowledge of BI or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to define metrics and deliver actionable dashboards.

Compensation
Salary Range: $130,000–$150,000
