In an effort to bring more housing options to the Illinois Medical District, Marquette Companies was the developer for The Lydian, a 275,000 sf, 22-story apartment tower to the Corner of Damen and Congress Parkway. Acting as a trusted partner, The Lydian is the fourth project in the last four years that Power has built with Marquette. Featuring 279 units, an expansive roof level amenity deck, covered parking and ground-level retail, the project was truly a team effort involving self-perform work from both Power Concrete and Power Carpentry. Power Concrete built the cast-in-place concrete structure and Power Carpentry is providing doors, frames, and hardware; installing casework; in-wall backing, blocking and sheathing, and; work through the amenity spaces. |
