The Lydian

Expanding housing options in the Illinois Medical District, The Lydian is a striking 22-story, 275,000 sf apartment tower located at the corner of Damen Avenue and Congress Parkway in Chicago. The development adds 279 modern residential units along with ground-floor retail, covered parking, and an expansive rooftop amenity deck that enhances the neighborhood’s growing residential community.

The project showcases true collaboration across Power teams. Power Concrete self-performed the cast-in-place concrete structure, while Power Carpentry completed doors, frames, and hardware installation; casework; in-wall backing, blocking, and sheathing; and detailed finishes throughout the amenity spaces.
