We completed a 181,000 sf temperature-controlled warehouse for Americold in Dunkirk in New York. Built on a 20-acre site requiring wetland delineation, the facility includes a two-story office and support space, a 136,000 sf -20°F freezer with 50-foot clear height, and infrastructure designed for a future rail dock expansion.
Supporting systems include a 480,000-gallon fire protection water storage tank and a diesel fire pump. Our self-perform team installed insulated metal wall panels, floor insulation, refrigerated doors, and miscellaneous carpentry.
