To expand and consolidate its growing “Lunchables” business under one roof, Kraft’s Oscar Mayer division sought to add four new production lines to its existing Garland, Texas facility. Kraft selected Power Cold+Food Group, a long-standing and trusted partner, to provide design, engineering, and construction services for a new 10,000 sf dry warehouse addition and the complete build-out of a 200,000 sf food processing/cold storage space within the existing building. Maintaining full production throughout construction was critical, and through careful upfront planning and clear communication, we completed the project with no interruptions to operations, ahead of schedule, and under budget—delivering substantial savings to the owner.
