We completed a 20,500 sf renovation of the entire fourth floor of an active physician’s office building. Special considerations were made for plumbing and electrical installations, which were routed through existing, occupied spaces and performed during off-hours to minimize disruption.
We discovered elevated moisture levels in the existing concrete floor slab and conducted flooring adhesion tests immediately following demolition to prevent post-renovation failures. The project included self-performed demolition and millwork installation, and the renovation modernized the space, enhanced patient experience, and accommodated specialized medical pods for general, endocrinology, gastrointestinal, pulmonary, ENT, audiology, neurology, and urology care.
