Leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), our BIM Modeler developed a detailed 4D schedule integrating both time and spatial data. This process allowed the team to simulate construction sequencing, ensuring that mobile cranes constructing the mall could safely and efficiently operate alongside cranes installing the precast garage panels.
