The 24-story dual brand hotel features 336 guest rooms and 4 stories of parking, with a conference center, fitness center, indoor pool and “select service” food service. The Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn will each provide their own blend of contemporary interiors with tailored details. The main lobby is located on the 4th floor for both hotel brands.
Preconstruction Collaboration
- Our team collaborated during the estimating phases and awarded MEP contracts early to maintain the budget and schedule.
- Permits were submitted at early schematic design to maintain our fast-track schedule for long lead items.
- We constructed full-scale mock-up of both brands guest rooms at a nearby warehouse prior to construction for room layout, quality and finishes.
