The 16-story building includes 12 floors of advanced wet and dry lab space with flexible layouts that accommodate a wide range of research, lab, and office users.
Flexible 34,000 sf, column-free floor plates are designed to VC-A vibration criteria and supported by an enhanced HVAC system that delivers high-performance ventilation and air flow for sensitive laboratory environments. Amenity-rich by design, Fulton Labs offers more than 35,000 sf of shared spaces, including a conferencing center, rooftop lounge and patio, fitness center, town hall for up to 165 people, ground-floor retail, a large open lobby, 175-car parking garage, bike storage and maintenance, and two private balconies on each floor.
