C10 United Club

The new United Club in Terminal 1 Concourse C at O’Hare is a 17,000 sf lounge located near Gate C10, with seating for more than 400 guests. Twice the size of the lounge it replaced, it represents the first major structural addition to Terminal 1 since its original construction in the 1980s.

Built over active office space and tug lanes, the project required close coordination with United Airlines and the Chicago Department of Aviation to keep critical airside operations running throughout construction of the structure and enclosure. The lounge features a full kitchen and buffet, multiple seating types to support work and relaxation for over 400 travelers, dedicated wellness rooms, and self‑scan e‑gates that streamline entry for guests.
