We provided complete design, engineering, and construction services for a 41,700 sf cooler warehouse addition and the build-out/renovation of a 44,000 sf production area. Both scopes were delivered on a synchronized schedule to meet the same completion date.

• 41,700 sf cooler warehouse addition and 43,900 sf production area build-out/renovation delivered under a single, coordinated program.
• New work included a buffer cooler warehouse, MOTC office, refrigeration systems, electrical infrastructure, fire protection room, and related site work.
• Production scope expanded existing operations into an adjacent structure and extended conveyor systems into the new production areas.
• Construction was completed without interrupting plant operations, allowing Kraft Foods to maintain full production throughout the project.
