Turano Baking

We delivered integrated design, engineering, and construction services for this 98,400 sf cold storage facility, creating a flexible, high-performance environment for temperature-controlled food operations. The building combines freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas served by a very narrow aisle (VNA) racking system to maximize pallet density and throughput. Sitework on the 21-acre parcel included a dry detention pond, a concrete truck apron with 18 trailer stalls, and a new asphalt access road that improves truck circulation and connectivity to the existing facility.
