Reflecting the vibrant energy of Chicago’s Fulton Market District, The Hoxton Hotel embodies the neighborhood’s creative culture through a trio of distinctive dining and entertainment venues. Each space—developed in partnership with Boka Restaurant Group—celebrates craftsmanship, local flavor, and design innovation while drawing guests from across the city.

Cira

Anchoring the hotel’s ground floor, Cira offers a warm, Mediterranean‑inspired atmosphere led by renowned Boka chef Chris Pandel. The 2,450 sf restaurant includes a private dining area and a 700 sf show kitchen with high‑end finishes, including a wood‑burning oven. Behind the scenes, a 2,300‑square‑foot full‑service kitchen supports a robust operation with walk‑in coolers, freezers, and an advanced air scrubber system.

Cabra

Perched atop The Hoxton with panoramic skyline views, Cabra is a vibrant, Peruvian‑inspired rooftop restaurant from Chef Stephanie Izard. The 2,300 sf venue includes both public and private dining spaces, as well as a lively bar and overhead doors that extend to the hotel’s outdoor pool deck. A ceviche bar, open‑air fireplace, and poolside bar create an immersive, resort‑style experience. The restaurant’s 1,100 sf kitchen supports its bold menu and high‑volume service.

Lazy Bird

Concealed beneath the hotel, Lazy Bird evokes a sophisticated speakeasy ambiance with handcrafted cocktails and live music. Rich materials and extensive custom millwork define the design, creating an intimate, luxurious environment that contrasts beautifully with the hotel’s urban surroundings.
