Ritz Carlton Renovations is a 160,000 sf, multi-phased renovation of 396 guestrooms, 54 executive suites, two presidential suites, and two apartments at the iconic Chicago property. Each space was fully gutted and rebuilt with new wall coverings, flooring, and upgraded bathroom finishes—including marble countertops, showers, tubs, and stone flooring—elevating the overall guest experience.
Phased Construction & Lean Coordination
With the hotel occupied throughout, work followed a carefully sequenced multi-phase plan using Lean pull-planning to define each stage from room acquisition to turnover. Preconstruction collaboration with the design team delivered multiple value engineering estimates aligned to scope, budget, and fast-track schedule, ensuring renovated rooms returned to service on time.
