110 N Wacker Dining Pavilion is a 17,000 sf multi-concept dining destination from ThinkFoodGroup, chef José Andrés, and Gibsons Restaurant Group in Chicago’s 110 N Wacker. The ground floor features Café by the River, a Spanish-inspired take on the classic American coffee shop. Up on the first floor, Bar Mar serves craft cocktails and light fare as a prelude to the refined Bazaar Meat steakhouse, raw bar, and coffee lounge above—all creating a collaborative showcase for the office tower.
Global Finishes & Custom Coordination
Finishes were sourced from over 12 countries, requiring meticulous base-building coordination. Highlights include handmade Spanish tile air-freighted in, a custom Spanish oven installed exclusively by its artisan father-son creators, a custom meat display unit, and a dramatic 10x10-foot octopus light fixture. The project team invested nearly 10 months in sequencing and procurement before mobilization to accommodate these specialized elements.
