This 73,500 sf, three-floor headquarters was designed as a modern, flexible corporate office featuring an open office concept with 25 interior offices, multiple conference rooms, huddle spaces, work rooms, a café, and perimeter workstations. The layout is intentionally versatile, with roughly one-third of the floor area dedicated to open collaboration and breakout spaces to support hybrid work and team-based activity. A dramatic black steel feature stair with glass rails and luxury vinyl treads connects the second and third floors, while acoustical wood veneer ceiling planks improve sound control and comfort across the workplace.
Value Engineering
Early involvement allowed our team to present nearly $420,000 in value alternates, 70% of which were accepted, keeping the project within budget.
Design-Assist
Partnering with our trade contractors, we helped design and install a two-story louvered wall of vertical panels forming a 24' x 20' adjustable partition, with dual-sided finishes—a warm wood surface and a white acoustical face suitable for projection.
