30,000 sf reconfiguration of office space where we added 13 private offices, five conference rooms and a large boardroom. Repurposed custom lighting and furniture from the previous tenant. A new employee cafe was converted from a former storage room and an updated front reception with a venetian plaster welcome desk and custom company branding throughout.
In order to utilize furniture purchased from the previous tenant, our project team coordinated with the furniture vendor to shift and protect the furniture, keeping it on-site during construction, and minimizing the risk of damage to decommission and unnecessarily remove the pieces from site.
