Highlighted by custom wood ceilings and feature walls, NFP’s new space at 500 W Madison includes open office areas, conference rooms, an employee kitchen, and a large lobby/reception space. Intense up-front coordination included early release of demolition, accurate material procurement tracking, and weekly walks with the building engineer. This diligence positioned the project team to complete the job three weeks ahead of schedule and provide move-in coordination assistance as the client migrated from their previous space.

Early Budgeting, Early Delivery

From an initial test-fit budget through schematic design to final GMP drawings, we kept the final cost within 0.8% of the first budget by using accurate cost estimating practices and maintaining thorough coordination and communication with the client and design team, ensuring their vision for the space was realized within their budget goals.
