This 30,000 sf office reconfiguration created a modern, efficient workplace by adding 13 private offices, five conference rooms, and a large boardroom, while repurposing custom lighting and furniture from the previous tenant to maximize value. A former storage room was transformed into a new employee café, and the front reception was refreshed with a Venetian plaster welcome desk and custom company branding throughout to elevate the client-facing experience.
To support sustainability and cost savings, our team coordinated closely with the furniture vendor to reuse existing furnishings. Furniture was carefully shifted, protected, and kept on-site during construction, reducing the risk of damage, avoiding unnecessary removal and decommissioning, and streamlining the overall office renovation process.
