Power Workplace Group was challenged with the build-out of the 31st floor for the Bureau of Asset Management Group at the Cook County Building. This 20,300 sf office space was modernized to include updated conference spaces, multitudes of flexible collaboration space, and a new open office format which takes advantage of the natural light and amazing views.
