Located on the former Tru-Serve factory site, Blackhawk and Halsted is a 260,000 sf mixed-use center in Lincoln Park. The retail and medical office building features several retail stores, the Halsted Pharmacy, and doctors' offices for Town and Country Pediatrics, Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group and Advocate Health.
This mixed-use building joins the British School of Chicago, a private school for pre-nursery through fifth grade students. The 550-car parking structure serves as a safe and convenient drop-off location for students at the school and provides ample parking for retail shoppers.
We also completed the build-outs for British School, NMPG, and Advocate Health.
