HUB Boulder Student Housing delivers 210,000 sf of luxury living adjacent to University of Colorado Boulder campus with 96 units, 407 beds, and three levels of premium amenities. Features include courtyard dining/kitchen, study rooms, fitness/yoga studio, cold plunge, sauna, pool, common areas, and below-grade parking—highlighted by a concrete "amenity annex" supporting the outdoor pool deck. The project features a hybrid structure with a basement-level concrete parking garage, topped with three floors of wood framing. The exception is the southwest corner, which is a concrete structure to Level 3 to support the outdoor pool deck, known as the “amenity annex.”
