Loyola University | De Nobili Residence Hall

75,000 sf five-story, residential living building features 110 units, two-story entertainment lounge, four study lounges, and two community kitchens, and 12,000 sf dining hall. The post-tensioned concrete framed structure is supported by spread footings, and enclosed in a combination of masonry and punched windows.

De Nobili Hall offers a traditional residential environment designed around shared, intentionally designed spaces that draw students out of their rooms and foster a stronger sense of community.
