Women in Construction

National Women in Construction week is an opportunity to highlight women in all aspects of construction - raising awareness of opportunities available for women and emphasizing the growing role of women in the industry. During this week every year, Power is continuing the conversation around the impact that our women have on construction and our company. We provide opportunities for all of our employees to participate in presentations and discussions centered around topics relating to the enhanced benefits of a diverse workforce in the construction industry.

Power continues to actively foster a long-term focus on the development of a diverse workforce with increased upward mobility, autonomy, training and reward for both men and women equally. We are proud of what we have achieved, but this is just a start. We look forward to continued efforts throughout the year.
