Less than 300 feet away from the California Blue Line stop, the triangular North and South towers of MiCA Apartments add to Logan Square's skyline. The complex features 216 units with floor-to-ceiling windows. The ground floor includes retail spaces and a parking garage for 59 vehicles.
The bowtie-shaped site along Milwaukee Avenue provided two corners for each building to tie into. A plaza between the two buildings allows the public to share in the open space between the buildings.
