Located at the corner of West Randolph and North Ogden Avenue in Chicago’s vibrant Fulton Market District, Parq Fulton is a 25-story, 344,500 sf residential tower distinguished by its modern architecture and high-end features. The structure’s window wall, metal panel, and brick façade create a striking presence along the West Loop skyline.

The tower includes 278 residential units—some designated as Affordable Housing—along with a two-story parking garage, ground-floor retail, and an amenity deck featuring a pool, lounge areas, and outdoor grill stations. Residences are thoughtfully designed with private outdoor spaces, built-in dining areas, and luxury-style kitchens and bathrooms. The building’s massing divides into two distinct towers, with the taller volume set back from the street, allowing residents to enjoy sweeping views of downtown Chicago and Union Park.

Power Concrete Construction
To accelerate the project schedule, Power’s self-perform concrete team implemented shorter rotation cycles between pours. Up to level 18, crews completed each 16,000 sf deck on a four-day cycle. For levels 19 through 27, they improved efficiency even further, placing each 8,500 sf deck on a three-day rotation. By project completion, the team had placed approximately 14,400 cubic yards of concrete—delivering a high-quality structure that met both schedule and performance goals.
