The eastern most parcel, Post Chicago is a 179,000 sf, 10-story, 400-bed co-living community designed by Built Form and geared towards young professionals who are new to Chicago. Structured Development partnered with Common, a New York-based company, to provide 126 rental units ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts. All of the units are fully furnished and include amenities such as housekeeping, linens, and kitchenware.
