Located on a 14-acre site at the intersection of 27th Avenue and Tschache Lane in Bozeman, this residential development includes 245 dwelling units—two four-story apartment buildings with a combined 196 units, 46 rowhomes, and three single-family residences. The community is supported by shared amenities including a clubhouse, gear garage, and pool, along with an accessory utility building.
Power’s self-perform carpentry team played a key role in the project’s finish quality and craftsmanship, handling work from beam and ceiling installation to detailed cabinet and trim finishes in the amenity building. The team also framed the golf simulator, built custom kitchenette shelving and cubbies in the fitness room, and completed both interior and exterior finishes for the gear garage to integrate function and design across all amenity spaces.
