Clyde's Donuts Expansion

We worked with Clyde’s Donuts to expand their experimental production facility in Glendale Heights, Illinois. The 153,700 sf building enhances donut manufacturing capabilities with new production lines, 35,000 sf of freezer space, and upgraded receiving, storage, and dock areas.

A spacious office area anchors the northwest corner of the facility, designed to support Clyde’s future transition of production lines 6–11 and eventual relocation of their primary office operations to this site. The new space reflects Clyde’s growth and ongoing commitment to innovation in bakery production.
