Hydravault Data Center

HydraVault is a 76,000 sf, two-story, next-generation data center in Chicago’s South Loop, purpose-built to support research institutions, universities, and government agencies with secure, high-performance infrastructure. Designed for 11.67 MW of IT capacity, the facility is engineered for reliability and resilience, with seven backup generators and robust building systems to support mission-critical operations. At street level, active ground-floor retail helps the project knit into the surrounding urban fabric, bringing new energy and amenities to this growing corridor.
