A confidential, large-scale data center campus; was developed on a 200-acre site in the Chicagoland suburbs, transforming a former corporate headquarters into a next-generation digital infrastructure hub for hyperscale and enterprise users. Designed as one of the largest data center developments in Illinois, the campus ultimately featured five state-of-the-art facilities to support cloud computing, AI workloads, and high-density colocation. This strategic suburban data center campus underscored the rapid growth of the regional data center market and enhanced the area’s role as a Midwest hub for digital infrastructure and mission-critical operations.
