Conversion of a 1,600 sf underutilized power plant storage into a new data center, delivering increased capacity to support the client’s operational needs. We demolished obsolete furniture and relocated salvageable assets to alternate storage, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient turnaround. The result is a fully modernized data center that replaces the previous facility and meets all logistical milestones on an accelerated schedule.
Self-Perform Carpentry
Our in-house Carpentry group self-performed the construction of a new 18' high drywall enclosure adjacent to the existing CMU walls. We also managed all metal framing, drywall installation, and finishing in-house.
