A key component of the Pearl Entertainment District in Rosemont, Illinois, the hotel combines two sculptural, interlocking forms. The canted walls at the east and west corners of the building create visual dynamism and optimize branding and lighting opportunities from the adjacent I-294 tollway.

Inside, the hotel features an art-themed lobby with interactive, alluring art, locally-inspired “grab & go” food options, and custom-themed drink offerings at the bar. The hotel also offers flexible, technology-rich meeting spaces as well as small meeting pods to reserve for personal use.

Prefabrication Saves Time

The walls within the hotel were prefabricated off site to ensure high-quality construction with the benefits of a controlled environment. Once delivered to the site, construction teams quickly assembled the prefabricated components for the interior structure of the hotel.
