Located in the heart of Rosemont's newly developed Pearl Entertainment District, The Rose Hotel has created a lasting impression on guests and newcomers throughout the area. Marked as the first boutique hotel in the village of Rosemont, this 100,000 sf, 5-story hotel features a luxurious lobby equipped with a large private dining room and bar, while a fireplace and lounge surround the reception desk, establishing a warm and welcoming environment for guests to enjoy. With 165 guestrooms, the Rose Hotel includes two conference rooms, a fitness center, meeting rooms, and two elegant ball rooms, providing guests with an array of amenity space.
Prefabrication Saves Time
The walls within the hotel were prefabricated off site to ensure high-quality construction with the benefits of a controlled environment. Once delivered to the site, construction teams quickly assembled the prefabricated components for the interior structure of the hotel.
Design Alternates
As a result of noteworthy collaboration on The Rose Hotel, we presented $750,000 in design alternates within 24 hours of which 75% were accepted and in accordance with the fast-track schedule, we successfully completed the project within one year.
