This 18.7 acre development includes a relocation of the Hollywood Casino Aurora to a new site just north of I-88 and Farnsworth Road. The project includes a best-in-class casino, hotel, parking garage, surface parking, and general site improvements.

Casino:  The casino is a structural steel structure with concrete on metal decking - the entirety of which includes approximately 1,600 tons of structural steel. Programmatically, the casino contains 100,000 sf of front-of-house space with nearly 1,000 slots and 100 table games. There are six different bar locations as well as three independent kitchens/restaurants throughout the casino floor. Auxiliary spaces include a 15,000 sf ballroom and a 10,000 sf prefunction space that can be rented out for large events.

Hotel: The hotel is a 135,000 sf, seven-story post-tensioned concrete structure with 244 hotel rooms ranging from typical 400 sf guestrooms to 1,400 sf, four-bedroom suites. Each floor of the structure was split into two concrete pours and each pour cycle averaged three days. In addition to the guestrooms and suites, the hotel includes a food hall with various small restaurants and fast casual dining with grab and go options, a fitness center and full-service guest spa.

Garage: The 450,000 sf, six-story pre-cast concrete superstructure includes 1,169 parking spaces with accompany the large surface lot. The superstructure was fabricated by ATMI Precast, one of several Aurora-based subcontractors who were hired for the project.
