We completed a 550,000 sf, two-story distribution facility to process U.S. mail adjacent to O'Hare International Airport. The accompanying four-story garage provides parking for approximately 1,000 employees who work at the facility. Our project team also completed a fuel island and "tug-and-cart” roadway for transport vehicles to and from the airport.
The project required extensive wetlands’ mitigation work. We moved 500 endangered plant species and rerouted the Bensenville ditch that ran through the building site.
