POSITION SUMMARY:
The Service Group Manager will provide the highest level of client satisfaction through preventative, general, or emergency maintenance, as well as, regularly contracted services. This role will be responsible for detailed bidding, scheduling, planning, execution, and closeout of any service or maintenance requests to create overall success and strengthening client relationship.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage "Day 2" items from the operations project team in order to provide clients with ongoing building service requests
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, representatives, building personnel, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with Power project teams, existing clients, and prospective clients to identify and obtain bid opportunities
• Receive, review, and submit Request for Proposals (RFPs) for service work in commercial buildings
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance
• Create and maintain service standards and expectations for jobsite personnel
• Review and/or create owner's contracts to ensure all terms, conditions, and requirements are being met
• Supervise service efforts in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
• Create accurate invoices, send them out, and ensure the company receives payment in a timely manner
• Review and track waivers, affidavits, and collections as required
• Overall financial management of the services. Including but not limited to project pricing, reviewing, and tracking of change orders.
• Manage the process of on-demand maintenance in the case of emergency, including after working hours
• Coordinate all close-out activities in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company resources including quality training programs, notes, workshops, and lessons learned
• Attend workshops, seminars and educational opportunities in order to maintain current knowledge standards

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Four-year construction-related degree OR equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
• 8 to 20 years of construction management and/or skilled craft supervisor experience
• Construction and/or property management (technology, equipment, methods, systems) knowledge of industry processes and standards
• White glove customer service in cultivating and developing relationships with clients
