Hyatt Development Corporation relocated over 1,000 employees to a new space designed to encourage team collaboration and conversation, promote individual workplace flexibility, and build on their corporate culture of care and wellness. The 250,000 sf global headquarters occupies Levels 7-17, and features 125 private offices, 938 dedicated workstations, 71 mobile workstations, conference rooms, board room, coffee bar, full service kitchen and dining space. The Town Hall space features leather banquettes, several monitors and leads into the spacious cafeteria. A fully functional kitchen includes a glass-clad grilling area, flexible dining space, grab and go counter and dish drop off. At the southeast corner is a private dining room with millwork, bi-fold doors and passing door for privacy.
WELL Certification
Our project team worked closely with the design team and WELL manager to ensure that design intent was executed and that the construction process was in alignment with the expectations of WELL Certification.
During construction, air duct ends were protected with visqueen so particles did not enter the system, which would negatively impact indoor air quality. All in-wall cavities were inspected and documented through full photos before enclosing to ensure that they were clean and that no moisture was present. Our team coordinated the start up and commissioning of the lighting control sensors for occupancy, vacancy and ambient light
